Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Nova Pharma dark chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place silicone or paper cupcake liners in a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, plant-based milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and oil until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth, thick batter.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips. Mix.
- Divide the batter among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
