Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Nova Pharma dark chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place silicone or paper cupcake liners in a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the egg, plant-based milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and oil until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth, thick batter.
  6. Stir in the dark chocolate chips. Mix.
  7. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
