Products not available
Our orders are subject to availability. If you place an order for a product that turns out to be unavailable, rest assured that we will notify you as soon as possible. In addition, we will refund the full amount of the product in question.


Delivery Locations
Please note that products available on our site can only be shipped to addresses within Canada. We are currently unable to offer delivery outside of Canada. However, we are pleased to announce that customers residing outside of Canada can have their orders shipped to a Canadian address.

Please note that shipping within Canada is subject to Nova Pharma's terms and conditions and shipping costs may be high. For this reason, we invite you to contact us for more information about shipping costs. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Delivery Times
Our standard delivery time is 1-5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order preparation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once Nova Pharma has shipped your order. Please note that additional delivery times may apply in remote areas. To track your package in real time, you can do so on the Canada Post website.

Please also note that in the event of a Canada Post strike lasting more than 24 business hours, our Customer Service Department will contact you to determine the most appropriate delivery method for your situation.

Shipping Instructions
During the checkout process, please feel free to add any special shipping instructions you may have. We'll do our best to accommodate them.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated when you complete your order. The amount is based on the total weight of your items. To qualify for free shipping, please ensure that your order total is $100 or more before taxes, shipping charges, and after applying any discounts or promotional coupons.

Please note that shipping costs in Canada, outside of Quebec, are subject to change. Nova Pharma reserves the right to refund or charge the customer for the value or difference in shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

Items damaged in transit
If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, we guarantee a full refund. However, please ensure that the product in question has not been consumed and we will need tangible evidence such as photographs to process your claim.
