At Nova Pharma, your satisfaction is our top priority and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, we have established a return policy to make the process easier for you.
Refund Policy
We understand that everyone's needs are different, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy, identical to an in-store purchase, under certain conditions.
We will issue a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- The product packaging is in its original condition.
- You have a copy of the transaction receipt, including the payment method used.
- The product has not been used or consumed, unless you have opened the container and found a defect, in which case you may return it by contacting our customer service department.
Allergies
Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you are allergic to any of our products. It is your responsibility to check the ingredient list before purchasing and using our products.
Product damaged in transit
If you receive products that are damaged in transit, we will refund your money. However, we need photographic evidence and you must contact us as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@nova-pharma.com.
Expired products
If you receive an expired product, we will refund you without hesitation. However, please keep in mind that our product turnover is high and we strive to provide you with high quality products.
Shipping charges for returns
We cover the cost of shipping for returns, unless you simply change your mind. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Don't like the taste of the product
We understand that taste preferences vary from person to person. Therefore, we do not issue refunds if you do not like the taste of the product.
