Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut the apples into quarters.

  2. Place the apples, dates, and water in a large saucepan.

  3. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are very tender and the dates have softened.

  4. Remove from heat. Blend everything with an immersion blender or in a regular blender until smooth and uniform.

  5. Add the 2 scoops of Nova Pharma isolate protein and mix well.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
