Ingredients:
- 10 apples
- ¼ cup pitted dates
- 2 scoops Nova Pharma Maple ISO protein
- ¼ cup water
Instructions:

Peel and cut the apples into quarters.

Place the apples, dates, and water in a large saucepan.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are very tender and the dates have softened.

Remove from heat. Blend everything with an immersion blender or in a regular blender until smooth and uniform.

Add the 2 scoops of Nova Pharma isolate protein and mix well.
