Carbs : 22,6 g
Fat : 4,7 g

Dry ingredients:

- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 scoops  Hydra-Carbs
- 1 scoop fruit punch-flavoured electrolytes

Wet ingredients:
- 125g lactose-free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fork-crushed raspberries

- 3 tbsp. mini white chocolate chips

Coating

- 2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs

Steps

1. In a first bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
2. In a second bowl, blend cream cheese with raspberry puree using a hand mixer or mash with a fork. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the dry mixture to the wet, mixing with a spatula. Then add the white chocolate chips.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Use your hands to form 12 small balls.
6. Roll balls in graham cracker crumbs.

Tips:

- If you're using frozen raspberries, you'll need to put them in the microwave for a few seconds, so that when they're crushed, they're pureed.
- Keep the recipe in the fridge.
