Dry ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups oat flour
- 2 scoops Nova Pharma Vege vanilla protein
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Set aside.
- In a second bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients, then mix with a spatula.
