Dry ingredients:
1 1/4 cups oat flour
2 scoops Nova Pharma Iso vanilla protein
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Set aside.
In a second bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients, then mix with a spatula.
Place in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
