  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Butter a loaf pan or line with parchment paper;
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside;
  4. In a second bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients.
