This product is not a substitute for sleep. If you have liver disorders, consult a health care professional before use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), abdominal pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite, and consult a health care professional. Consult a health care professional before use if you have an iron deficiency. Consult a health care professional before use if you have an acute infection.
At doses above 600 mg, caffeine may cause anxiety, tachycardia (fast heartbeat), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremors, and headache. Hypersensitivity or allergy may occur. If so, discontinue use. If you suffer from liver disorders consult a doctor before use. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver disease such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual fatigue, and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare professional. Rare cases of unpredictable liver injury have been reported with products containing green tea extract (in Canada and elsewhere).
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use it if you are pregnant. Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure.
