Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 serving @novapharmasupplements ICE tropical burst protein
* 1/2 cup pineapple
* 1/4 cup mango
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 g silken tofu (soft)

Instructions:
1. In Ninja Creami container, mix all ingredients with a blender foot.
2. Close lid and place in freezer for 24 hours.
3. After 24 hours, remove from freezer. Using Ninja Creami, blend with ice cream option.
4. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add a little water. Start a re-spin cycle.
5. Repeat step #4 until a smooth, creamy texture is obtained.
6. Add grated coconut on top (optional).
